1. Agreement

By using The Kicks App, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 13 or older to use this app. If you're under 18, you need parental consent.

3. AI Features

The app uses AI to analyze your recordings and suggest coaching improvements. Important:

• AI suggestions are clearly marked in the app
• AI content is not professional coaching advice
• Always review AI suggestions before using them
• You're responsible for all coaching decisions
• Your recordings are temporarily uploaded for AI processing and deleted within ~10 minutes

4. What You Can't Do

• Use the app illegally
• Try to hack or break the app
• Share your login with others
• Upload content you don't own
• Harass or harm others

5. Your Data

You own your team data. We can use it to provide app features and improve the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Subscriptions

Some features require payment through Google Play or App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel in your app store settings.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is." We're not responsible for:

• Decisions you make based on AI suggestions
• Problems or damages from using the app
• Any damages beyond what you paid us
• Lost data or interrupted service

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your account by contacting contact@thekicksapp.com. We can also terminate your access if you violate these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app means you accept any changes.
